I do wish they would include a disclaimer for brand new moms to read before they read the book though. I cried the first time I read it… only a week after my newest little man was born.

The Blanket Full of Love book is personalized for the child receiving it. Everything from the child’s gender, coloring, birthday and name is unique. There is also a choice of pink, blue or green for the cover of the book and it’s corresponding blanket. As if all of those options weren’t enough, the book’s dedication section is also personalized to the child from the sender in the sender’s own words. This book will be read to the baby for which it is intended for years to come. The soft Chenille blanket can also be personalized with the child’s name. This blanket can be used for a newborn and later snuggled by a toddler. How many other newborn gifts last past the first months or even the first year?

What touched me the most about the Blanket Full of Love were the words in the book. When I read the book personalized for my brand new son Will my new mommy hormones got the better of me and I cried. The book takes the reader from infancy all the way to when baby is grown up with a baby of his or her own. It really is a beautiful story and is made all that much sweeter since it is about a baby you know and love.
