Creating Your Customized Book
What if I don't know the name of the baby?
If the baby is not yet born, or if you are unsure of the baby's name, you have
two choices: a 'no name' book, or a gift certificate. The 'no name' option
results in a book that is still customized by gender and 'look', but not by
name. A 'generic' verse will appear throughout the book, but the child can be
whatever gender and look you choose. To create a 'no name' book, simply leave
the field for the child's name blank. Alternatively, you may order a
gift certificate and let the caregivers order the book once the child
arrives.
I don't know what the child looks like (or will look like in
the future). How can I choose a 'look'?
In the book, the adult holds a baby and imagines his or her future. The lovely
watercolor illustrations can represent a wide range of children, making it less
critical that it looks just like the child. Most people are concerned that the
gender and approximate skin color generally represents that of the recipient or
his or her family. We suggest that, if you know the birth parents, you choose
skin and hair tones that are close to theirs. If you are still concerned, we
suggest you order a gift certificate and let the child's caregivers make the
choice of 'look'.
My child's name is unusual. How will it sound in the book's
verse?
Blanket Full of Love is written in verse, or rhyme. This means that,
in order for the rhyme to sound right, the name has to 'fit' the rhythm of the
verse. Great care has been taken to ensure that all names will sound right. In
fact, the actual verse containing the child's name will vary slightly based on
the name pronunciation (those verses change based on the number of syllables in
the name and the way each syllable is stressed; verses do not rhyme with the
child's name). If we cannot determine, based on your order, how to pronounce
the name, we will contact you for clarification. If you are concerned or wish

Can the book be given as a gift to a baby I don't know very
well?
Anyone can give Blanket Full of Love as a gift. Since the narrator
(the person expressing their love for the child), is never identified, the
child will hear the message of love from the person reading the book - usually
a parent or caregiver. Of course, if you do want to express your love to a
child with whom you have a close relationship, you can do so in the personal
dedication.
The sample book says "I" and "me" throughout. Is it okay to
have the dedication come from more than one person?
Absolutely. It's true that there is only one narrator in the book, but most of
our books come from more than one gift-giver.
Can I change the 'look' of the parent in the book?
No, since the story's narrator is never shown in the book. The adult on the
cover and on one of the inside pages is the child, as the narrator imagines he
or she will look all grown up, with his or her own newborn baby. If the child
is a girl, the adult on the cover will be a woman, and boys will have a grown
man on their cover.

Production and Delivery Times
How long will it take to have my book delivered?
Personalized products - books and baby blankets with the name embroidered -
take 3 to 5 weeks to be delivered.
Why does it take so long?
Unlike other personalized books on the market, Starrytime Keepsakes' books are
printed and bound much like the children's books you see in bookstores. The
entire book is printed-to-order (not 'over-printed' or imprinted with the
child's name), they are sewn and not clipped, making them safe and attractive,
and are hard-bound with the child's name and likeness right on the cover. This
superior process takes time, and we are always looking for ways to get you your
order more quickly.
I want to give this as a gift today, but it doesn't arrive
for 3 to 5 weeks. What can I do?
You have two great options. You can purchase a gift
certificate, which you can have emailed to the recipient or you can

How do I redeem a gift certificate?
Go to www.starrytime.com,
and click on 'Create a Customized Book'.
Go through the ordering process, and add the book or Book and Blanket Gift Set
to your shopping cart.
At checkout, enter the Gift Certificate Code in the 'coupon code' box. If the
total amount exceeds the amount of your Gift Certificate, you will need to
enter a credit card number, and the difference will be charged to your card.
Your Gift Certificate is valid for one year from the date on which it was
purchased.
Do you have a money-back guarantee?
Yes! We at Starrytime Keepsakes stand by our products, and if you are not
satisfied, please contact us at
customerservice@starrytime.com or 1-800-505-5603. We will
refund your money if you contact us within 30 days from the day they are
shipped, or for orders made after November 15th, until the 15th of January.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept Visa and Mastercard online. We can also process an order
upon receipt and clearance of a personal check, and can accept PayPal. For

Is it safe to submit my credit card on your site?
Absolutely. All transactions are processed by Moneris Solutions,and are
transferred using SSL - an industry-standard method of securely transmitting
information.
When will my credit card be charged for the order?
Because Blanket Full of Love is a made-to-order product, we require
payment prior to production. Your credit card will be billed at the time of
ordering. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact

for a return and full refund.

Shipping
How soon after I order will I receive my book and blanket?
Your item(s) will arrive in 3 to 5 weeks from the time of your order anywhere
in North America. Packages are sent via Canada Post Expedited Parcel.
Do you have rush delivery?
Sorry, because of the time required to produce the book and to personalize
blankets, we do not have rush delivery at this time.
How much does shipping cost?
Canadian orders
If the order total is $120.00 or less (before tax), shipping is $10.00
If the order total is between $120.01 and $200.00, shipping is $11.00
If the order total is between $200.01 and $240.00, shipping is $12.00
If the order total is between $240.01 and $310.00, shipping is $13.00
If the order total is between $310.01 and $360.00, shipping is $14.00
